This Return, Replacement & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from Amour. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms stated below.

Quality Assurance

Amour is committed to delivering products that meet high-quality standards. In the event of a genuine issue, Amour shall take appropriate and fair corrective action in accordance with this Policy.

Eligibility for Free Returns

Free returns shall be applicable only under the following circumstances:

• The customer received an incorrect product

• There is a logical mismatch, meaning a material and genuine discrepancy between the delivered product and the product description or images provided at the time of purchase

• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

Damaged or Defective Products

In case a product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition:

• Amour shall provide a replacement at no additional cost

• The customer must submit clear photographic evidence of the issue via message to Amour’s official page

• If the defect or damage is identified in the presence of the delivery personnel, Amour may attempt an instant exchange, subject to availability

Return Request Timeframe

• All return or replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery

• The delivery date shall be determined based on delivery confirmation records, not the order date

• Requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted

Return Shipping & Associated Fees

• Amour shall bear all return shipping costs in cases involving:

  • Incorrect product delivery

  • Logical mismatch

  • Damaged or defective items

• For returns initiated due to change of mind or personal preference, the customer shall be fully responsible for all return and shipping charges

Pickup Service

• Amour may arrange product pickup from the customer’s address through its designated delivery partners

• Pickup service is subject to location and service availability

Refund Policy (Including Cash on Delivery Orders)

• Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders shall be processed via:

  • Mobile banking transfer, or

  • Bank transfer

• All approved refunds shall be processed within one (1) working day following successful verification of the returned product or claim

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Customized or personalized products

• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Final Authority

Amour reserves the right to inspect returned products and make the final determination regarding eligibility for return, replacement, or refund in accordance with this Policy.
